Thawing & Cutting Directions:
For optimum results: DO NOT take layer cake out of the box. Simply thaw frozen cake at room temperature for 3 hours. Cut and serve immediately.
Fast thawing: remove cake from carton. Keep at room temperature for 50-60 minutes. Complete thawing by portioning onto dessert plates. Exact thaw time depends on room temperature.
Cutting directions for completely thawed cake: with a warm, clean knife, cut cake using a sawing motion. Re-clean knife after each cut to minimize cake sticking to it.
